Mary Kay responsive website | Pink Diamonds

The responsive hotsite created for Mary Kay aimed to publicize the Pink Diamonds Cultural Contest. This responsive hotsite was live during the product launch campaign and was used as a publicity and promotion tool.

Mary Kay clients participated in the Contest by sending their videos with testimonials about their best friends. The best videos were chosen by voting on the hotsite itself and won several awards. According to the ranking, Vivara diamonds, Swarovski pens, as well as new perfume kits were distributed.

The Cultural Competition hotsite reached an average of 20,000 visitors/month during the campaign period. And more than 1,000 videos were sent for voting.

Technology

Developed in HTML5/PHP, the hotsite was programmed to perform automatic format conversions of the videos sent. This way, users who uploaded their videos would not have problems with formats or the size of the videos. It was also ensured that servers were not overwhelmed by file sizes.
